Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation with low temperature, without contact with the skins, in order to stress its scents.
Sensory analysis: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate and pleasant perfume, with notes of tropical fruit. Fresh and appealingly sparkling taste.
Food matches: thanks to its light liveliness it is perfect as an appetizer. Also good with fish, white meat and vegetable courses.
